SCS SB 804 -- Conveyances in Jackson County

This substitute authorizes the Governor to convey 13 distinct
property interests held by the Department of Mental Health to the
City of Kansas City.

The substitute also provides that the Office of Administration
will determine fair market value for the conveyance of the
parcels of land.
